NPM Psychiatry was founded in 2021 on a simple belief: that every person deserves to be truly heard. My psychiatric practice in North Attleboro, MA is dedicated to providing thoughtful, personalized mental health care for patients of all ages.
Our mission
We believe mental health care should feel human. Our practice is built around taking the time to understand each patient as a whole person — their history, their strengths, their challenges, and their goals. We partner with our patients rather than prescribe to them, and we measure success by the quality of life they're able to live.

Our team
Meet Nora Mellett
Owner & Provider
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management to individuals across the lifespan. I strive to provide client-centered care to every client in a comfortable and friendly environment.
I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Regis College, and later received my Master's Degree in Nursing from Regis College. Before becoming a Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner, I worked as a Registered Nurse on various psychiatric units in hospitals. My experience strengthened my ability to create strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
I combine evidence-based practice with an individual's specific needs and values. This allows for a truly client-centered treatment plan to be established. I strive to provide effective treatment while maintaining a supportive, empathetic, and nonjudgmental atmosphere.
I look forward to meeting you, listening to your concerns, and discussing the best treatment options for you.
